A. We certainly do, we have over 30 years of collective experience behind us in the Dry Cleaning and related service industry offering wide range of services. We understand very well the needs of the garment care service industry as we have our own outlets throughout London and Essex.

How reliable is your service?

A. Our service is extremely reliable we have 3 large processing commercial units 2 are based in London and 1 is based in Essex. Our main processing factory is based in the heart of London. We have very reliable, dedicated and friendly members of staff who take pride in their job and expertise. We do not promise what we cannot deliver.

What is your quality of work like?

A. We pay special emphasis on Quality, Expertise, Reliability, Best finish, Convenience and Competitiveness. We have our experienced Expert tailors and skilled craftsmen who not only take pride in their expertise but complete every single job with precision and personal satisfaction. We have very strict quality controls in place, every item is checked thoroughly for best finish before it leaves the factory.

How experienced are your experts?

A. Our Tailors have over 60 years of collective experience in the field of tailoring. Our skilled shoe craftsmen have over 25 years of collective experienced. Many of our experts have worked for well known and established Companies in the UK.

How quick is your turn around?

A. Our Standard turn around is within 48 hours however we work around your suitable schedule in some cases offering a quick turn around between 12 to 24 hours.

What are your charges like?

A. Our charges are extremely competitive and reasonable to give you an idea we Only charge £ 2.95 for shortening trousers, Sleeves lengthen or shorten Only £ 4.85, Re heel from £ 4.90 and it includes our Free Collection and Delivery Service.
